Diving deep into the soil and community with fellow winemakers and @riggslokka at Hallberg Vineyard. One of many reasons this Pinot Noir vineyard is so special is that it’s dry farmed, a sustainable practice that not only conserves water but extends the life span of the vine and contributes to the strong concentration of flavor. The roots can extend up to 20 feet deep into the ground to access water held by the soil.

So excited to finally share that DRNK is coming to Petaluma! We’ve been admiring the Petaluma vibe and food scene for awhile now. Katie’s sister runs @thebagelmillpetaluma and has graciously let us use her space in the evenings. Side note- you must try one of her bagels if you haven’t already!
