Description
As a cornerstone of our Pinot Noir program, Hallberg Vineyard consistently delivers a rich Pinot Noir with layered aromas of fresh fruit, floral notes of dark candied cherries, and lingering savory flavors of roasted meats, red beans, vegemite, and molasses. The 2017 vintage includes the Pommard clone in addition to 777 and 828, bringing more weight to the mid-pallet. It is perfectly matched for traditional French dishes like beef bourguignon. This wine is unfined and unfiltered and can be cellared for 2-9 years.
