Description
This is our second year making Chardonnay from Mill Station Vineyard, a beautiful vineyard tucked in a cold pocket of West Sebastopol on Goldridge soil in Green Valley of the Russian River Valley. This wine has a brilliant pale straw to light golden color. Punchy flavors of concentrated dense stone fruit and sweet-candied dates are countered with a soft, round and oily mouthfeel. This New World Chardonnay is aged in cement and unoaked barrels. A wonderful food wine to pair with salads, cauliflower soup, and risotto.
