As the ancients would do, we made this Chardonnay in the old style of whole-cluster carbonic maceration for an entire month. The result is an unfined and unfiltered Chardonnay with layers of aromas, textures, and a golden hue color.

As the ancients would do, we made this Chardonnay in the old style of whole-cluster carbonic maceration for an entire month. The result is an unfined and unfiltered Chardonnay with layers of aromas, textures, and a golden hue color. Concentrated aromas of honey, Asian pear, and honeysuckle jump out of the glass. It has a round mouthfeel with medium weight and nice structure with dusty tannins, edgy acidity, and a lingering clean finish. One barrel produced.
