Unfined and unfiltered, this wine has a pale red-cherry hue color. Concentrated aromas of strawberry rhubarb cobbler, caramel and beetroot are followed by vanilla and spice flavors. This wine has a full, soft, coating mouthfeel and a lingering mellow finish. Four barrels produced.
