Description
Primarily made in the Vin Gris style, this Rosé of Pinot Noir is the first wine of the harvest. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins, creating its salmon blush color. This Rosé has tropical aromas of watermelon, kiwi, and peach and its full and earthy mouthfeel is a result of aging in amphora vessels. Well-balanced with fresh acidity and a lingering finish, this wine is a great compliment to both light fares and main dishes.
