Welcome to drnkwines.com, operated by DRNK Wines (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed California winery. By accessing our website, placing an order, or joining our wine club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Age Verification & Legal Compliance
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, receive, or consume alcoholic beverages. By placing an order or creating an account on drnkwines.com, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase price if we are unable to verify your age.
All wine purchases are made directly from DRNK Wines, a licensed retailer/producer, and all sales are final subject to our return policy below.
The sale and shipment of wine is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. We only ship to states and jurisdictions where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that the importation of wine into your state or locality is lawful.

3. Orders & Pricing
Placing an Order
When you place an order through drnkwines.com (powered by Commerce7), you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product availability is subject to change and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at the time of your order.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping or billing address, as required by law.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Commerce7’s payment processing system. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Restrictions
We ship wine to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. It is your responsibility to confirm that wine shipments are legal in your destination state or locality. We are not liable for any orders refused or confiscated by state authorities due to local laws.
Adult Signature Required
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. If no adult is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to the unavailability of an adult recipient. Packages unclaimed after the carrier’s hold period may be returned to us; re-shipment fees may apply.
Shipping Carrier & Timing
We ship via licensed carriers approved for alcohol delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
6. Tasting Room
Our tasting room is open during posted hours and subject to capacity limits. All tasting room visitors must be 21 years of age or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age or who appears to be intoxicated. Reservations may be required; please check our website for current availability and policies. We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.
7. Wine Club Membership
Enrollment & Billing
By enrolling in the DRNK Wines wine club, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled club release according to the membership tier you selected. Club shipment dates and frequencies are communicated in advance via email.
Cancellation
You may cancel your wine club membership at any time by contacting us at least 10 business days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after this window may result in processing of the upcoming shipment, which cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify club memberships at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Member Benefits
Wine club discounts, access to exclusive releases, and other member benefits apply only during active membership and are not transferable. Benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice to members.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of wine and applicable regulations, all sales are generally final. However, we will work with you if your wine arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of wine that has been opened or that was damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on drnkwines.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of DRNK Wines and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission. “DRNK Wines,” our logo, and related marks are trademarks of DRNK Wines.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
